SPARSH - what is this DEMOGRAPHIC mismatch.

Dear  Sir, 
   I have tried to link few of pensioners who have been migrated to SPARSH recently. The problem is accute as 90% veterans have mismatch in their four documents mentioned above. When you try to correct them through PCDA Web portal on receipt of Log in ID and pass word from PCDA one can only change his password and that's all. On further checking of you documents etc it will show DEMOGRAPHIC Mis Match in Red color. Neither it goes beyond that nor tell you what is the miss match nor a way out. 99 percent of ESM don't know what is this DEMOGRAPHIC mismatch. However one good thing is that 
1. You will continue to get your pension. 
2. Life cert will have to be given through SBI, PNB and HDFC Bank by such mismatch Veterans. 
To match all these documents is one hell of a problem.
