Important information about SPARSH.

Dear Sir,

Many who have been migrated to SPARSH face the problem of non -matching of names in the Aadhar, PPO, bank passbook and PAN card. I veteran who did not mention his name from West Bengal informed if your name in Aadhar and PPO do NOT match do not change your name in Aadhar Card. Here is what he suggested i.e. go to SPARCH portal and click on Edit menu and enter your name as in Aadhar. The system will accept and you can then long into your SPARSH page.

Important information about SPARSH. 

1. I got sparsh ID and PW. 

2. Did log in and changed PW 

3. It prompted for Aadhaar link 

4. Rejected saying demographic failure

Mismatch reason is - S Name Vs Name S 

6. I was searching for anyway with out name change in Aadhaar because if I change as per PPO tommarow PF and IT portal will not match.. 6. Fortunately I downloaded the sparsh App in my mobile. I found an edit option for personal particulars. 

7. I tried to edit my name as per aadhaar and submitted in the app. It is taken as service request and the name change got processed and my aadhaar demographic validation

 successfully done. I could do now life certificate through sparsh portal. 

8. But, actually in portal my name change did not take place this puspose of edit is to over come the mismatch with Aadhaar only is my understanding. The point is even though there is demographic failure with out changing in Aadhaar we can correct it in Sparsh edit option and got success.. For information and circulate to all exserviceman in your network. So need not worry and do not try to change name in aadhaar.
