1/2. OROP. Shockingly, on 14 Dec 22, one day before expiry of extended period, Govt has filed further extn of time to pay arrears w.e.f 01 Jul 2019 as per HSC Judgement 16 Mar 22, denying rightful revised pension to ESM.

2/2. IESM has filed MA on 14 Dec 22 itself to HSC not to grant any further extn & direct Govt to pay arrears immediately. Govt has already been gtd 09 months as against 3 months. Why Govt is denying legitimate dues to ESM is a cause of serious concern.
