*OROP _PMR CASES AFTER JULY 01,2014_*
Dear Friends,
AS we all are aware that the Govt Of India has issued a Press Release posted on 23rd Dec 2022 regarding the same.
*WHEREAS* the Union Cabinet has approved revision of Pension related to us (Armed Forces) & Family Pensioners.
*HOWEVER* They have *EXCLUDED pre-mature (PMR) Armed Forces Personnel retired w.e.f. _July 01,2014_*.
_*THIS* is discriminatory in nature and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution_.
*HENCE* I have made a group on Whatsapp for all Air Warriors to create a common consensus and a platform for carrying the same forward.
*NOW* where it matters is that:-
1. For those who don't know me I am Wg Cdr Harbir Singh Gulati (Retd),Advocate- Punjab & Haryana High Court,Chandigarh & Armed Forces Tribunal.
2. Since, I am an affected party myself and hence I am personally going to fight this matter in the relevant Court Of Law to get Justice.
