1. Brig CS VIDYASAGAR will be visiting the office of PCDA (Pensions) Prayaraj on Friday, 12 May 2023 to get redressal of grievances of *those who are migrated to SPARSH*. Please note the following:-
2. Your grievance must be lying in the office of PCDA (Pensions) Prayagaraj after your migration to SPARSH. If your problem is with Record Office, then you have approach them.
3. If you are not yet migrated to SPARSH, then sort out your problem with CPPC of your bank.
4. Your grievance must be of one of out the following five: -
(a) stoppage of pension after migration to SPARSH.
(b) Widow unable to upload the death certificate due to which she is unable to get her family pension
(c) You have not got E-PPO
(d) You have not got User id and password even after getting migrated to SPARSH.
(e ) Not sure whether your life certificate submitted with PDA as SPARSH is received by SPARSH
5. I must get your grievances by *10 May 2023*. After which it is not possible for me to compile them and give a copy to PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj.
6. Your grievance must be brief giving your particulars like (a) service number, (b) rank, (c) name, (d) PPO no and (e) what is the issue which has not yet solved out of five mentioned in para 4 above. Also send a copy of (a) PPO (b) first page of bank pass book (c) Aadhaar Card through WhatsApp (WA) to my WA No: *94931 91380*
7. Many a time, I have seen the documents are illegible. Therefore you must give your personal particulars in writing. Your service no is the most important data I need.
8. I shall return by 13 May2023 to Secunderabad and you will get my answer by 14 May 2023.
9. In case of any doubt about this message, kindly call me on my WA no : *94931 91380*.
10. I realised unless one goes to the office of PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj, it is not possible to get redressal to our problems.
