Your bank informs you that you have been SPARSHED.
Generally, it takes three to four weeks on migration to get User ID and Password.
Once you receive your User ID and Password , you got to go to one of the five banks (a) SBI (b) PNB (c) Bank of Baroda (d) HDFC bank and (e) Kotak Mahindra bank and get your Life Certificate uploaded second time even if you have given your life certificate in Nov 2022.
While generating your life certificate, ensure you select your PDA and Agency as *SPARSH/PCDA(Pensions) in the drop down menu. See that in the receipt you get from Jeevan Pramaan, your Jeevan Pramaan ID. Go to Jeevan Pramaan web site and enter your Jeevan Pramaan ID and see that your life certificate is uploaded to SPARSH.
After doing all these if you not sure whether your life certificate is accepted by SPARSH, do contact me on WhatsApp *94931 91380* and I will find out from SPARSH whether your life certificate has been accepted.
If you fail to do so, your pension will be stopped and it is very difficult to re-start your pension.
