Great injustice to JCOS AND OR - Detailed letter by Veteran M N Rao, Advocate Hyderabad

At the outset let me convey my Heartfelt Congratulations on behalf of myself and as National Secretary General on behalf of our ALL INDIAN EX-SERVICEMEN 

CO-ORDINATION COMMITTEE ( AIEXCC) to all of our Dear Colleagues who made our Dharna at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi a Historical Grand Success of the present era.

Advising;-

“TO ISSUE REJOINDER IMMEDIATELY “ on behalf of our Group —to the GoI—

I am eagerly waiting for your reaction to send a curative  message to downsize the damage done by certain minute nasty Group who mingled in our mass through this The Kalam News Reporter (see his devilish face-features and nefarious predetermined rooted nefarious language deliberately framed has entered into /pushed into/brought into at the behest of certain idiots into our sober Dharana Pradarshan to tarnish the image of the Present Government  who has considered to grant us OROP within 14 months of it’s ruling positively, against the bloody Congress who ruled us 65 long years but not considered to give us a single Pisa inspite of our thousands of petitions. 

This is the preplanned conspiracy within certain quarters .. perpetrated by those few.

Therefore our CEC of AIEXCC requested you to Send a gentle and pleasant message to PMO, MoD, MoH, MoF etc., informing them that our Group is assembled at JM on 20-02-2023 consisting of more than 70,000 gathered from all over the country are most disciplined yesteryear’s soldiers had never talked against our Government instead prayed to look into the matter of Revision of OROP 2 where certain glaring errors/anomalies taken place to be rectified. It is not protest but an humble representation for rectifying the errors/anomalies erupted after considering to grant Equal payment of MSP and applying of equal factor of 2.81.

But most unfortunately, we have observed at certain quarters without our notice and knowledge, taking an undue advantage of our mass gathering opportunity the opposition played their dirty games to tarnish the image of not only our respected members but also the Government, may please be ignored.

At the same time, Dear Balram ji arrange to issue a Legal Notice as a National Convenor both to that particular group who had indulged charging the Government on certain false accusations (RSS-Safronisation- Agnipath etc., etc., liable to be prosecuted), gave news media interview without your permission and the Reporter of news media who has not informed you his presence at our gathering and not taking your brief. 

I had complete doubt against one person who is dead against this present Government— Modiji, Shahaji, Yogiji .. infact this fellow is well present in our Group— called them with filthy, abusive, objectionable, unpardonable & unparliamentary language on numerous occasions in certain groups where his name was removed, might have lead …this Gp & the Reporter as he is well versed and trained in this regard.

It is my personal advise.
