In today's hearing in our case, Hon'ble Bench of AFT PB NEW DELHI has issued a"Notice to Govt of India,MoD to file a reply in six weeks time to the court as to why such financial downgrading of HCOs has been done as averred in the amended OA 1691/2017 Titled Hony Capt Ram Singh Tanwar and Others Vs UOI and Others.
2. Now there is ray of hope that justice would be delivered for us in time to come.
3. The above information was shared by Hony Capt Ram Singh Tanwar who was present in the court personally to monitor the proceedings of our case in Delhi. By evening we shall speak to Advocate to get all other details information. We are very thankful to Capt Ram Singh Tanwar for all kind of trouble undergone by him in traveling in train from Jaipur and Delhi and back. Efforts have no limits, there is something above the sky we see.
