Dear Veterans,
DLC is not possible as Aadhaar Number is not linked with SPARSH Portal.
At the same time, demographic failure error will be there because Aadhaar Number is not linked with SPARSH PPO.
This problem has been explained long back in this TSEWA Group by Brig CS Vidyasagar Sir.
In such cases, you need to approach any nearest SPARSH Service Centre available to your location.
You no need to submit SPARSH PPO Number and Password to any SPARSH Service Centre.
Every SPARSH Centre has their own Unique ID and Password. They will utilise their own credentials to submit your Life Certificate.
In case you happen to be the SBI Subscriber, there would be absolutely no problem because SBI has unique ID with SPARSH. A MoU has been signed between SPARSH and SBI to facilitate the submission of life certificate.
The last date of SPARSH Life Certificate submission date is 28 February 23. So hurry up to avoid stoppage of further pension.
