Ananta Das.( Navy)Observations on OROP-2

Good Afternoon All.🙏
Followings are my observations on OROP.

1.Amount of Pension of a person is calculated from his monthly payment.

Payment is related to some factors such as-
- Qualifications.
-Nature of Job ( place of work, technical/non-technical, physical, mental exercise....)
- Responsibility.
- Amount of working hours.....etc.

As per one Right of Equality in Constitution,  Equal pay for equal work.

But here, only type of entry is given importance.

Why all other factors are ignored during pay fixation??

-All officers, Jawan/JCO live in same area.
- Work in same place/ship..
- Their children study in same school with same fees.
- families go to same medical for treatment.
- Families of JCO/ Jawan, and officers purchase vegitable from same market, same shop.

-In some organisations or units ( where less number of officers) JCOs and officers are watch relievers.

 - That means a JCO/jawan sometimes carries equal responsibility as compared to officers.

- Jawans are highly technically expert than any of the officers, especially in Navy I seen.

- It is seen that, if any court martial conducted for operational break down, then one or, some jawan/ JCO use to be made responsible for that. (Where an officer should shoulder the responsibility.)

Now my question is-

If everything is same or, similar or, up-down work career for both Jawan/JCO and officers, *Why so much Payment Difference*??

Let an officer get his extra privilege. e.g. Room, vehicle, security, may be some financial. But a huge gap...... Like king and chaprasi...

It is not digestive for two different entry personal with same qualifications.

Even British payment was lesser different.

May be enlightened this issue please.
