NON REVISION OF EXGRATIA PENSION

 

Dear Veterans,

We understand that, still some Bank branches are paying pension for Ex-Gratia payment- beneficiaries , in the unrevised rate.

For information to all, the 50% f DA merger – Dearness pension was effected for Ex-Gratia beneficiaries w.e.f 01-04-2012.

And the Basic  pension of these beneficiaries  were revised  with effect from 04-06-2013  ( OM.No1/10/2012-P&PW(E) dt 27-06-2013. )

That is:  for pensioners   Basic  Pension revised from 600 to 750     and for Family  from 605 to 645.  W.e.f  04-06-2013.

But, still some branches are paying the  old rate of 605 to family pensioners.   And  the Dearness pension not added  and also the latest  DA not being enhanced .

The pension payable as on date:  

For pensioners                                       For Family pensioners.

Basic   …………750.00       …………………..      645.00

DP (50% )         375.00        …………………..       323.00

 Total Basic   1125.00               ……………..      968.00      

DA@ 427%    4804.00            @419%   ..    4056.00     

Net pension 5929.00                …………..       5024.00    

 

All affected beneficiaries  may approach their ranches for  getting the  correct rate of pension.

Our senior veterans  are requested to guide the affected pensioner/ family pensioners in their areas.
