now against RTIS intimation, PCDA(P) replied vide letter No Gts/Tech/182/Vol-XVIII dt 01 March 23 that fixation pay/pension of Major,Hony Capt&Lt was purely related to  POLICY issue & comes under MOD, PCDA (P) is only implementing agency and HonyCapt was getting 3.7 percent pay/pension excess than Major rank (as an HCO award of President of India) as per POLICY upto 3rd CPC and in 4th CPC there was equal pension of Major &HonyCapt , 

after that POLICY was ignored and started to increase pay/ pension of Major rank and HCO’s pay/ pension started decreased regularly in 5th &6th CPCs and decresed in very huge in 1st OROP & 7thCPC without consideration of POLICY/ formula same hidden agendas adopted in 2nd OROP , thus now a day, Major is getting 53 percent pay/pension than HonyCapt, see the funny drama, thus we have filed Court Case in 2018 and now same in advance stage, next hearing on 17.4.23 at Prencipal Bench Delhi and Court asked MOD/Govt. to give reasoning for Down gradation to HCOs economically in comparison to Major rank thus all HCO (Capt/Lt) have been ruined economically therefore HCOS are in badly greatest loss since 01.07.2014 and we are fully prepared & in confidence for winning the prenominated Case of HCOs very very soon.
