*ISSUE OF NEW USER NAME & PASSWORD BY SPARSH*
Hon'ble Members,
1. Jai Hind.
2. It has been Confirmed by the Defence Pension Contact Centre (DPCC) PCDA Pensions Prayagraj that New User Name & Password are being issued by them only.
3. *New User Name and Password are being Issued to only those Pensioners whose first 3 Digits were 199.* This was Essential, as 199 was not found Compatible with the System due to some technical issues.
4. Other Pensioners whose first 3 Digits are 101, 102 or 104 are not being Issued with the New User ID and Password.
