ECHS: HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PARENT POLYCLINIC ONLINE 

 ECHS General Hospital It is a primary health center that provides medical services to ex-servicemen and their dependents under the Ex-Servicemen Contributed Medical Care System.

 There are 427 general hospitals in 30 government-approved regional centers (excluding his six general hospitals in Nepal). A list of ECHS General Hospitals, their addresses and contact details can be found at the following link: ECHS Polyclinics List.. 

If you are her ECHS beneficiary, you can change your mother's polyclinic to another polyclinic every 3 months for her. There is an opportunity to transfer dependencies from a higher level general hospital to another clinic. This can be done online through the Source Infosys application. This article will tell you  how to use this application and  the benefits of changing your polyclinic.  Note: This feature is only available to beneficiaries with new 64KB smart cards.

This process can be run every three months. Please follow these steps: 

Step 1: Log in to the ECHS website: https://echs.sourceinfosys.com/ Open a web browser and go to the ECHS website (echs.sourceinfosys.com). Log in using your access data. 

Step 2: Select beneficiary and preferred general hospital After logging in, select the beneficiary whose parent practice you want to change. From the options provided, select your new general hospital from the drop-down menu. Submit a change request.

 Step 3:  OIC (Old Parent) Polyclinic Activities. For OIC (Old Parent) polyclinic, select "Application for change of parent polyclinic" in the main menu. Please select "Departure Application" below. View the details of the ESM/Polyclinic change primary beneficiary application. Once approved, the application will be transferred in real time to her OIC (New Parent) Polyclinic. 

 Step 4:  OIC (New Parent) Polyclinic Activities. For OIC (new parent) polyclinics, select "Application for Change of Parent Polyclinic" in the main menu. Select "Transfer Request" from the submenu. Approve the specific beneficiaries for whom changes are requested. Once approved, changes will take effect in real-time and your information will be updated.

 Step 5: Update  the new parent polyclinic details When you visit New Mother Polyclinic, insert your card into the kiosk/iCAT to update your details.
