OROP 3 Pension Table PDF Download Link Here
After a long wait, the Indian Ministry of Defence has finally released the OROP-3 table in PDF format in a letter dated September 4, 2023. You can use this table to check your pension. Advance feedback has shown that there is huge dissatisfaction with them. No one is happy with the pension established under OROP-3. Even the past two revisions have shown that it is not beneficial for most soldiers. Veterans said that ever since the OROP programme was implemented, police officers have benefited immensely. JCOs/ORs have received a mere Rs 50 to Rs 500 increase in pension per month, which is also applicable to only 40 per cent of soldiers. As per feedback from the community, 60 per cent of veterans have not received even a cent.
