The process of migration to SPARSH is explained in these steps.

The process of migration to SPARSH is explained in these steps.
Step 1. The SPARSH collects documents from pension paying banks such as Aadhaar Card, PAN card, mobile no, Email address, Life certificate given in Nov 22. They immediately store them in SPARSH server.

Step 2.  SPARSH sees the pension due from PPO they got and remit it on last working day into pensioner's bank account.

Step 3.  Work on making SPARSH PPO and Pension slip commences by data transfer from PPOs already held with them and data collected from banks.

Step 4. On completion of making SPARSH PPO and Pension slip, they send the User ID and Password to the pensioner both by SMS and through email. Then the pensioner is required to log into SPARSH and see the next date due for Life Certificate. It is generally mentioned as Nov 2023. If not then the pensioner is required to got to bank, give his user ID, Password and get his life certiificate uploaded within two months from date of receipt of User ID and Password.

I hope you now understand that you need not worry till you get User ID and Password which may take at time a couple of months also or even earlier.
Only 197 officers who got their User ID and Password have not yet uploaded their Life Certificate out of 13 lakhs pensioners.
